COVID-19 UPDATE 25th March 2020
Under the guidance of the BSHAA British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists we can no longer continue in person, face-to-face consultations and a ‘business as usual’ approach. Therefore, with immediate effect all appointments for consultations, hearing aid fittings and adjustments, hearing tests and micro-suction are cancelled.
As hearing care professionals, we want to support our clients over the next few weeks, many of whom will be older or more vulnerable members of our community. We can still do this and stay firmly within the Prime Minister’s measures by providing telephone consultations or remote care. When it comes to repairs we are working with our manufacturers for as long as they can continue to work. We will be accessing every bit of support available to ensure you receive the best hearing care possible during this difficult episode.
James Hearing customer services will continue to be open between the hours of 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday on 0845 680 1227 and 07974 735811. We endeavour to help you as best as possible so that your hearing is not part of your isolation.
We are deeply sorry that these unprecedented times are taking such an impact on small businesses like our own. It is our hope that we will be able to open our consulting rooms and diary for home visits as soon as the government advises it is safe for both our audiologists and clients alike.
