Meet The Team

Faye James

Faye James

Director

Faye has a deep understanding of client care, coming from a sales and managerial background. Her contribution to James Hearing; the business name being her concept taken from her family roots, has expanded over 15 years. Working alongside the best audiologists, and educated in audiology care by her late husband Lee, has given Faye the determination to continue the reputation as one of the top leading Hearing Specialists in Oxfordshire.

Faye says, "Hearing shouldn't have to be a struggle. You should be enjoying a night out with friends or a family gathering around the table, not struggling to stay in the conversation and getting stressed because you can't hear." James Hearing has a huge database of loyal clients, and Faye believes it is a privilege to repay that loyalty with a commitment to excellent service and offering the best leading products to all who come under her care.

When not working, Faye enjoys weekend spa treats, catching up with friends over a decent gastro-pub meal by an open fire, and pouring over a good book!
